Setting up your Poyasilon camera is straightforward: 1. Scan the QR code or search for "VicoHome" in the app store. 2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and grant the app access. 3. Register or log in, then add a new camera. 4. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your camera to Wi-Fi. 5. Scan the QR code on the camera to complete the setup. 6. Name your camera and set the location.

To optimize motion detection, install the camera about 7 feet high and angled 10°-15° downwards. Avoid placing it behind glass or windows.

If you're not receiving notifications, ensure the app has notification access, motion detection is enabled, and your app is up-to-date.

In case the camera isn't recording or detecting motion, check the settings, wake it from sleep mode, and ensure the lens is free of any protective film.

The camera only supports a 5V charger, so check both the charger and solar panel if it's not charging properly. Reducing false triggers can also help.
